Refund and Returns Policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. At hotinkdrop, we make returns easy, fast, and fair. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, let’s fix it.


1. What You Can Return

  • Items returned within 180 days from delivery
  • Unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging
  • Items that aren’t on clearance or final sale

Note: Customized or personalized products can only be returned if there’s a production error or the item arrives damaged.


2. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@hotinkdrop.com or message us through the Contact Page. Include:

  • Your full name & order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Tell us: do you want a refund or a replacement?

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


3. Shipping Your Return

  • Damaged or wrong item? Return shipping is on us.
  • Changed your mind? You’ll cover the return shipping.

All returns should include a copy of your purchase confirmation. Be sure to get a tracking number — we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Getting Your Refund

  • We’ll inspect your return once it arrives.
  • If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.
  • If you requested a replacement, we’ll ship it ASAP, depending on stock availability.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Returns without prior approval may be rejected.
  • Products must be returned in good condition — otherwise, no refund.
  • We don’t cover errors made by customers (like typos or wrong uploads in custom orders).
